Sébastien describes his work:
"The box comes from RadioSpares with part number 517-3260 and cost around 17€. It was machined by a friend and painted by a car painter for 15€.
Connectors (ALPS 50k) and knob are from china (by eBay).
Inside, I use a 2x22V 250VA transformer, 2x 35A bridge and 2x 10mF/40V capacitor.
I put some wire on the transformer to get the +5V. I use a DIL4 bridge, a 2,2mF/16V capacitor, an 7805 with 100nF SMD capacitor on output.
All connectors comes from MOLEX.
Earth is connected to box by inductor VK200 and I use a 60 ohms CTN on primary transformer to limit start up current to 4A. When it's warm , CTN is around 0,1 ohms.
TA2022 is insulated by 3M Kapton. It's the same orange scotch we can see on the transformer.
A red LED is connected between +30V and -30V."
